Ingredients of Chocolaty Fruits Punch

  1. Prepare of For Loaf Cake :-.
  2. It's 1 1/2 cup of Maida.
  3. You need 1 cup of Sugar.
  4. Prepare 1/2tsp of Baking powder.
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of Banking Soda.
  6. It's 1 pinch of salt.
  7. You need 1 cup of Milk.
  8. You need 3/4 cup of refined oil.
  9. It's 1 tsp of Vanilla extract.
  10. It's 1/2 cup of Tutti Frutti.
  11. Prepare of For damping :-.
  12. You need 2 tsp of sugar.
  13. It's 2 tsp of water.
  14. It's of For Fruits Punch :-.
  15. Prepare As needed of Mango, apple, fresh cherry all chopped.
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp of Fruits jam.
  17. Prepare 1 tsp of Cocoa powder.
  18. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Cake crumbs.
  19. Prepare of For Chocolate Ganache :-.
  20. It's 100 gram of Dark Chocolate.
  21. Prepare 50 gram of cream/ fresh Malai.
  22. You need 1 tsp of butter.
  23. You need of To Garnish :-.
  24. Prepare as per taste of Almonds chopped.
  25. You need As per requirement of Sprinklers.

Chocolaty Fruits Punch step by step

  1. Firstly make Loaf Cake :-.
  2. Combine Maida, salt,baking powder and baking soda into a bowl and strain for 3 times..
  3. Now mix sugar And refined oil and mix well..
  4. Then add milk, (dont add at a time full milk, add gently) make a smooth batter with milk, if need add more milk..
  5. Now mix vanilla extract and tutty frutti..
  6. Now cut the butter paper or grease any other paper of glass size. And keep it in steel glass. As shown in pics..
  7. Fill each half glass with cake batter because it will be fluffy..
  8. Put these glasses in pre- heated cooker on flat stand, remove whistle and rubber and bake for 40 to 50 min..
  9. Loaf cake is ready. Let it cool. Then kept into refrigerator for at least 1 hour..
  10. Damping:- dissolve sugar into water to damping..
  11. Fruits punch :- Chop fruits into small pieces, Mix jam and cocoa powder, Mix cake crumbs, make thick mixture for layer. You can add little more cake crumbs to make some more thick..
  12. Arranging Loaf cake slices :-.
  13. Cut the cake loafs into slices..
  14. Spread sugar syrup on a cake slice to damping and spread fruit punch mixture. And cover with another cake slice..
  15. Again spread sugar syrup and fruit puch and cover with 3rd cake slice..
  16. Our one layered tower is ready. Make other towers like this. Kept all into refrigerator..
  17. For Chocolate Ganache:-.
  18. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put into a bowl..
  19. Heat the cream into a pan when starts bubbles in cream then off the gass and pour this hot cream on chopped chocolate. Keep aside for 2-3 minutes..
  20. Now whisk chocolate and cream until become nyc cremy..
  21. Then add butter and mix well. Ganache is ready.
  22. Pour it on ready cooled cake towers. And roll into chopped almond and sprinkler. Again kept into refrigerator..
  23. For Flower decoration :-.
  24. Leftover ganache also kept into refrigerator only for 20 minutes for making thick..
  25. Put this thick gananch cream into piping bag and make any design. Sprinkle some sprinklers..
  26. Ready our tasty yummy Chocolatey Fruit Punch.
