Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. So many people choose the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. Even just a sole flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.

Choose water over other drinks. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. It will be, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. Ingesting water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Productive weight loss efforts often depend exclusively on water consumption.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indication of your health levels. You want your body to be powerful too.

Ingredients of Fruit punch

  1. You need 1 cup of Maida.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of Milk powder.
  3. You need 1/2 cup of Oil.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
  5. It's 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of Baking soda.
  7. It's 1 tsp of Fruit essence.
  8. You need as required of Cold milk.
  9. You need as required of Fresh fruits: kiwi,mango,strawberry etc for garnish.

Fruit punch step by step

  1. Preheat the cooker..
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Except fruits..
  3. Make a cake batter..
  4. Grease the pot and transfer the batter in pot..
  5. Put pot in cooker at bake it on medium flame for 45to 50mins..
  6. Let it cool..
  7. Garnish fruits as in photo..

Cooktime: 31 Minutes
