Ingredients of Punch de crème

  1. It's 4 of eggs.
  2. It's 4 tins of condensed milk.
  3. You need 1 tin of evaporated milk.
  4. Prepare of 1 bottle red or white rum.
  5. Prepare of 2 tsp bitters.
  6. It's of 1 tsp nutmeg & cinnamon.
  7. Prepare of 2 tsp mixed essence.
  8. You need of Piece lime or lemon peel.

Punch de crème instructions

  1. Beat eggs with peel at least 6 to 8 times then remove peel.
  2. Add milk one by one beating continuously.
  3. Add rum,essence,bitters & spices,beat well.
  4. Bottle & store at room temperature. Yield 3 bottles.
  5. Serve over ice.
