Ingredients of Spring roll

  1. Prepare 7 of Spring roll Wrappers.
  2. You need of Oil for deep frying.
  3. You need of Filling.
  4. It's 1 of \2 cabbage shredded.
  5. You need 2 of carrots shredded.
  6. Prepare 2 of bell pepper strip cut.
  7. It's 2 of onions chopped.
  8. Prepare 2 of green pepper strip cut.

  12. Prepare 1 tbs of oil.

Spring roll instructions

  1. In a pan add oil, and saute onion.
  2. Add all the veggies fry on hight flame until half done.
  3. Add seasoning, salt and spices mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Off the flame.
  4. Spread one wrapper, place a spoonful of stuffing.
  5. Roll one edge towards the inner side covering the stuffing.
  6. Bring the sides to the center.
  7. Dampen the left over edge and roll the wrapper to seal.
  8. In a pan heat oil, add the rolls and fry until golden.
  9. Remove them on kitchen tissue.

Preptime: 24 Minutes

Cooktime: 60 Minutes

Serve: 4 Persons
