That just one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Select water over other products. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a terrible idea. It is, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. When you pick out water more than other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthful and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often the main element to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.

There are all sorts of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being smart about the selections you make each day is a start. Looking to get in as much physical activity as possible is another. Don't overlook that health isn't only about how much you weigh. You need your body to be powerful too.

Paratha roll

Ingredients of Paratha roll

  1. It's 1/2 kg of flour.
  2. You need 1 tsp of salt.
  3. It's 1 cup of ghee.
  4. You need 1/2 kg of chicken.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of tikka masala.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of green chilli paste.
  8. You need of Coriander leaves as required.
  9. Prepare 1 of coal.
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
  11. Prepare 2 of Onion (slices).

Paratha roll instructions

  1. Take flour and make dough with water.
  2. Rest for half hour.
  3. Take oil in pan and add chicken.
  4. Add ginger garlic, salt, tikka masala and green chilli paste.
  5. Cook it.
  6. Add coal smoke.
  7. Make paratha from dough and fry it.
  8. Take paratha and fill chicken in it.
  9. Add coriander and onion slice in it.
  10. Fold it and serve as you like..
