If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors early and walk the rest of the way? Most people will decide to be idle and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have one flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Pick water over other products. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a terrible idea. It is, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. Ingesting water instead of other forms of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories out of your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are lots of things you can pursue to become healthy. An overpriced gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done every day, can do a lot to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent when you choose your food and actions is where it begins.   3. Then cut the rolled dough like pin wheels and arrange in a grease baking pan of your choice cover and allow it to rise again,then baked in a preheated oven until golden brown and you are done.
  4. Finally it's done serve with chocolate cream cheese or any syrup of ur choice and enjoy.its yummy.
