Ingredients of Lemon & Dill Fish Roll

  1. You need 4 of fish fillets (your favorite).
  2. Prepare of Sliced carrots.
  3. Prepare of Spring onions or shallots.
  4. Prepare 2 tablespoons of fresh garlic or garlic powder.
  5. You need 1 tablespoons of thyme.
  6. You need 1 tablespoons of rosemary.
  7. It's 2 tablespoons of adobo seasoning.
  8. You need 2 tablespoons of all-seasoning.
  9. You need of Olive oil.
  10. Prepare of White cooking wine.
  11. You need of Raw shrimp.
  12. Prepare of Lemon juice.

Lemon & Dill Fish Roll step by step

  1. Season fish well on top of a sheet of foil.
  2. Place sliced veggies (Onions,Tyme, rosemary,carrots) on & under fish.
  3. Place shrimp onto fish. Place a good amount of dill at end of fish. Drizzle all with olive oil..
  4. Roll fish and use a toothpick to hold in place.
  5. Fold foil up to contain individual pieces of fish, but leave a area where you can pour wine in w/o it running out..
  6. Place into oven for 30-40 mins on 300 degrees. Open, pour lemon juice on & serve with cabbage or rice and enjoy.
