Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can decide to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. So many people pick the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

Pick water over other refreshments. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a bad idea. Using them for your lone source of hydration, on the other hand, is dumb. Choosing water instead of other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often the key to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. An costly gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done every single day, can do a lot to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent about the decisions you make each day is a start. Ingredients of Plantain roll

  1. Prepare of Plantain.
  2. It's of Fish.
  3. It's of Onions,bonnet pepper.
  4. You need of Seasonings and spices of choice.
  5. Prepare of Egg.

Plantain roll step by step

  1. Peel and cut the plantain vertically about 1inch which,sprinkle some salt,fry and keep aside..
  2. Boil and debone the fish,set aside,add about 2tablespn of oil in a pan then add the grated onion and pepper,fry,add in the fish,season,add the spices and sprinkle some water,cover and allow to cook for about a minute or till the water drains..
  3. Get your plantain,put in the fish mixture and roll,pin the edge with a toothpick so it doesn't open up(my step by step pictures got deleted🤦‍♀️) dip in egg and fry in a medium heated oil..
