Fill your pantry shelves with healthy foods. In this way, even when you choose that you want something greasy or not super nutritous, you will still be choosing items that are healthier for you than you would probably choose while running into a store or fast food restaurant.

Climb stairs. Instead of picking the elevator, climb the stairs to your floor. This isn't as effortless to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, using the stairs is a excellent way to get some extra exercise. If you do work on a super high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors early and walk the rest of the way? So many people choose the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. Even just a individual flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.

Pick water over other refreshments. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a horrible idea. It is, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat terrible diet foods. Water is usually one of the keys to really reducing your weight and getting healthy.

There are lots of things you can do to become healthy. Not all of them demand fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. Little things, when done every day, can do plenty to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent when you choose your food and actions is where it begins. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indicator of your health levels. It has more to do with making your body as sturdy as it can be.

  2. Prepare as needed of Oil.
  3. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  4. Prepare 2 of Egg.
  5. You need 1 of Carrot.
  6. Prepare 1 of Cucumber.
  7. It's 1 of Onion.
  8. You need 2 pinch of Black peper.
  9. It's As needed of Tomato ketchup.
  10. You need to taste of Red chilli Powder.

Egg roll step by step

  1. Atfirst flour knead into dough. Than flour make a shape with rolling pin &bord.
  2. Than fry it with egg & keep it. Into a plate & grated carrot,onion, cucumber,black peper,tomato ketchup pour on it. Fold it with paper.
  3. Ready to eat..
