Ingredients of Roll Burfi

  1. You need 2 packets of chocolate biscuits.
  2. It's 1/4 tbsp of cardamom powder.
  3. It's 3 tbsp of milk powder.
  4. It's 4-5 tbsp of dry fruits.
  5. Prepare as required of Milk.
  6. It's 2 tbsp of sugar.

  2. Now in a bowl add all the ingredients..
  3. Knead a dough with the help of milk..
  4. Roll it using a hand and foil paper and keep it aside in the fridge for 15 mins..
  5. Open the paper and then decorate the roll with silver or as per your wish like with dry fruits..
