  10. It's 75 grm of Walnut.
  11. It's 200grm of Fresh cream.
  12. It's 200grm of Milk chocolate.

  1. Take buttermilk sugar vanila essence in a bowl mix it well with beater..
  2. Add chocolate cocoa powder and vanila essence to it.mix it well..
  3. I a bowl sieve all dry ingredients flour,backing powder,salt..
  4. Now add dry ingredient to wet and make a pouring mixture..
  5. Transfer the mixture to greased pan and spread walnut over it..
  6. Bake it in preheated oven for 30-45 mins..
  7. Add fresh cream and milk chocolate in a bowl beat it and make a soft ganash..
  8. As brownie is baked take it out.let it cool for 5mins..
  9. Cut small pieces of it..
  10. Garnish them with ganache.place some pieces of walnut in centre..
