Even if you do live or work on one of the higher floors, you can still get out of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will choose to be lazy and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even just a individual flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not alternative drinks. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is ordinarily one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are a whole lot of things that factor into getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. You can do tiny things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent about the selections you make each day is a start. Chicken Roll

Ingredients of Chicken Roll

  1. It's 1/2 kg of Chicken.
  2. It's 2 pcs of Potatoes (Boiled).
  3. It's 1 tbsp of Yogurt.
  4. It's of Eggs 1 white.
  5. You need of Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed).
  6. It's of Cooking Oil for frying.
  7. You need 24 pcs of Roll Patti.
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp of Tanoori Masala.

Chicken Roll instructions

  1. Cut chicken into very small pieces..
  2. Add yoghurt and tandoori masala in it..
  3. Mix them well and let it marinate for about 20 minutes..
  4. On high flame, add some oil in a pan.
  5. Now add chicken to the above pan and cook.
  6. Once they are cooked, mix them with boiled potatoes..
  7. Now leave them to cool.
  8. Place the mixture in one corner of the roll-sheets..
  9. Glue together the roll-sheets with egg whites. 11. Fry them in a pre-heated oiled pan..

Cooktime: 56 Minutes
