Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. So many people pick the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a several times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Water is the most effective drinks out there. Soda and coffee, when ingested in moderation, aren't that bad. Using them for your sole source of hydration, however, is dumb. Ingesting water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat disgusting diet foods. Water is usually one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get wholesome. An expensive gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent about the selections you make each day is a start. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also important. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indicator of your lifestyle choices. It is more about making your body as strong as it can be.

Chocolate ganache

Ingredients of Chocolate ganache

  1. Prepare 2 cups of shredded dark chocolate.
  2. It's 1 cup of whipping cream.
  3. It's 1 tbsp of butter.
  4. It's 1 pinch of salt.

Chocolate ganache step by step

  1. Heat up the whipping cream in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour the hot whipping cream on the shredded chocolate then stir using a fork or whisk..
  3. Add butter and stir to give the ganache and extra shine and a pinch of salt to give the ganache that extra umph!.
  4. Ganache is ready to use.. Enjoy! Can be used on cakes, donuts strawberry coating etc....
