Run the stairs. Stroll up the stairs to where you live or work instead of using the elevator. While this will be hard to do if you live on or if your job is on a super high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is totally do-able. Even if you do live or work on one of the higher floors, you can still get off of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. So many people choose the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Water is the best beverage out there. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Choosing water instead of other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories from your diet— without having to be forced to eat terrible tasting diet food. Water is often the main element to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

There are a lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restrained diets. You can do small things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being smart about the decisions you make each day is a start. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about slimming down. It has more to do with making your body as sturdy as it can be.

Ingredients of Rie's fruit roll cake

  1. Prepare of For the cake.
  2. You need 4 of egg whites.
  3. Prepare 50 g of sugar(for egg whites).
  4. Prepare 4 of egg yolks.
  5. You need 30 g of sugar(for egg yolks).
  6. It's 50 ml of milk.
  7. It's 50 ml of canola or any type of oil(neutral tasting).
  8. You need 70 g of flour.
  9. Prepare of For the filling.
  10. You need 150 ml of whipping cream.
  11. It's 2 tbsp of powdered sugar.
  12. You need of Sliced fruits of choice.
  13. Prepare of Powdered sugar (for dusting).

Rie's fruit roll cake instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180⁰C or 356⁰F. Prepare a rectangle baking sheet(the width of the pan will be the length of you cake) with parchment paper..
  2. Beat egg whites until bubbles start to form, then gradually add the sugar for egg whites in and keep beating until semi stiff peaks..
  3. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar for egg yolks until the sugar is dissolved, add the milk and oil, and mix well, add the flour and whisk until combined..
  4. Add 1/3of the egg white mixture and whisk well then gently fold the rest into the batter..
  5. Pour batter into the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Whip the cream and powdered sugar together..
  7. After letting the cake cool a little, transfer into a parchment paper covered surface, spread the cream on top then add the sliced fruits of your choice width wise..
  8. Roll the cake using the parchment paper underneath then let it cool in the fridge while still in the parchment paper..
  9. After cooling take off the parchment paper. Dust the top with powdered sugar or any topping of your choice. Then serve..
