Ingredients of Chocolate ganache cake

  1. You need 1 cup of flour.
  2. It's 3/4 cup of sugar.
  3. It's 1/4 of + 1/8 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
  4. You need 1 tsp of baking soda.
  5. You need 1 of egg.
  6. You need 1/3 cup of oil.
  7. It's 1/8 cup of yogurt.
  8. You need 1 tsp of chocolate extract.
  9. You need 1/4 of + 1/8 cup boiling water.

  11. Prepare 1 cup of heavy cream.
  12. You need 250 gm of dark chocolate.
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of milk.

Chocolate ganache cake step by step

  1. Stieve all dry ingredients n add sugar in it.. set a side.
  2. Now mix all wet ingredients with hand wisk n fold in dry ingredients.
  3. Take a 4" pan greese with oil n flour..mean while preheat ur oven at 180degree n set for 1 hr on lower flame.. pour ur mixture into prepare pan n bake...
  4. For ganache.. heat your heavy cream on double boiler for 2 min..chop dark chocolate n mix in heavy cream...
  5. Now again put into double boiler n stir continuously until chocolate melt..add milk n fold it cook 2,3min.. Now cool down it...
  6. Remove ur cake from pan..n allow to cool approx (1hr)..Now pour ganache on top n decorate with chocolate garnishes...
