Ingredients of Crispy potato roll

  1. You need 2 tbs of plain flour.
  2. It's 1 packet of roll ptti.
  3. You need of potato half kg.
  4. Prepare of green coriander as you need.
  5. Prepare 4 of green chilli.
  6. It's 1/2 tbs of salt.
  7. You need 2 tbs of peprica powder.
  8. You need 1 tbs of coriander seed.
  9. It's 1 tbs of masla powder.
  10. You need 2 tbs of oil.
  11. Prepare of onion 2 samll size.
  12. You need of water as u need.
  13. Prepare 1 kg of oil for frying.

Crispy potato roll instructions

  1. Boil potato and then mash them..
  2. Cut onion into samll size..
  3. Chopped green chilli.
  4. Take a pan and add oil.when oil is hot then add onion and cook over low flame for 5 minute..
  5. Add chopped green chilli,masala powder, coriandr seed,salt,peprica powder.and cook over low flame fr 5 minute..
  6. Add mashed potato and cook fr 5 minute.add green coriandr..
  7. Make a paste of plain flour.add 2tbs plain flour in water make a paste..
  8. Take roll ptti then mashed better stuffed into roll. then place a plain flour paste on the corner of patti then roll them..
  9. Then take 1kg oil and fry roll..

Cooktime: 53 Minutes
