  6. For ganache - melt the chocolate in oven or on double boiler and pour the whipping cream in it and mix it till the lumps mix..
  7. Now unmold the cake and when the ganache will cool pour it evenly on the cake and decorate the cake with your favourite sprinkles and gems...
