  4. Prepare 1 Cup of Quality Sour Cream.
  5. You need 5 oz of Can Chopped Green Chilies.
  6. Prepare 1/2 Cup of Fresh Cilantro Leaves.
  7. It's 5 oz of Drained Sliced Black Olives.
  8. It's 4 of LG Green Onions [chopped].
  9. You need 1 tbsp of Fine Minced Garlic.
  10. You need 1 Cup of Monterey Shredded Cheese.
  11. You need of ● For The Toppings & Sides [as needed].
  12. It's 15 of 6" Warmed Flour Tortillas.
  13. You need 1 Cup of Fresh Cilantro Leaves.
  14. It's 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
  15. Prepare of Granulated Garlic Powder.
  16. Prepare of Granulated Onion Powder.
  17. You need of Fresh Ground Black Pepper.
  18. You need of Quality Sour Cream.

Mike's White Girl Green Chile Enchiladas step by step

  1. Mix everything in the enchilada mixture section together well. Warm it up if need be to easily wrap in your tortillas..
  2. Flour Tortillas picrured. Warm them slightly..
  3. Reserve 1+ cup of enchilada mixture to top tortillas and roll the rest tightly in warmed flour tortillas.
  4. Add to Pam Olive Oil sprayed in 2 disposal pans and top with fresh cilantro..
  5. Generously add shredded cheddar cheese to the top of your Enchiladas..
  6. Wrap them up tightly with tinfoil..
  7. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes..
  8. Serve and enjoy with sides!.
