  2. You need 1 cup of milk powder.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
  4. It's 2 cups of maida/All purpose flour.
  5. It's 1 cup of milk.
  6. Prepare as needed of Vanilla essence.
  7. It's 200 gm of dark chocolate.
  8. It's 100 gm of fresh cream.
  9. Prepare 2 tablespoon of butter.
  10. You need As needed of Decorative material.
  11. It's 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
  12. You need 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
  13. It's as needed of Coco powder.

  1. Sieve maida, coco powder,1teaspoon baking powder.half teaspoon baking soda,twice..
  2. Now in mixer add 1 cup sugar,1cup milk powder, 1 cup malai.grind it..
  3. Now take out wet ingredients in big bowl add slowly dry ingredients to it..
  4. Now grese cake mould with some butter or olive oil.put butter paper, pour mixture in mould.take pressure cooker take out it's ring.
  5. Put mould in it first 10 min on mid flame and next 35 mins on low flame bake the cake..
  6. In bowl take 200gms dark chocolate.melt it by double boiling method.add fresh cream and butter. Take out of flame. Ganache is ready..
  7. Pour some sugar syrup to keep your cake moist inside.then pour ganache on it and decorate it with sugar decoratives..
