Walk up the stairs. Rather than riding an elevator, take the stairs to the floor you live or work on. This isn't as easy to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, utilizing the stairs is a great way to get some extra exercise. Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can decide to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will choose to be idle and take an elevator instead of choosing exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Pick water over other refreshments. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a horrible idea. Getting all of your hydration from them is a terrible idea. Ingesting water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat disgusting diet foods. Water is often the main element to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get wholesome. An overpriced gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done every day, can do a great deal to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent about the selections you make each day is a start. Wanting to get in as much physical exercise as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indicator of your health levels. You really want your body to be strong too.

Homemade chili and Cornbread

Ingredients of Homemade chili and Cornbread

  1. You need 1 of large can of v8 juice.
  2. It's 1 small of onion, chopped.
  3. You need 2 can of kidney beans.
  4. Prepare 2 lb of hamburger.
  5. Prepare of chili powder.
  6. You need 1 can of stewed or diced tomatoes.
  7. It's 1 cup of or as needed hot salsa.
  8. It's 1 can of rotel (optional).
  9. Prepare of cornbread.
  10. It's 1 box of jiffy mix corn bread.
  11. It's 1 of egg.
  12. It's 1/3 cup of milk.

Homemade chili and Cornbread instructions

  1. Cook hamburger and drain.
  2. Add all ingredients to large pot and cook for around 30-45 min on medium to low heat.
  3. Follow the directions on the cornbread box, I usually make mine in a casserole dish instead..
  4. Add cornbread and cheese to finished chili and enjoy.

Preptime: 34 Minutes

Cooktime: 48 Minutes

Serve: 2 Persons
