Ingredients of Boneless Chicken Masala

  1. Prepare 500 gms of Chicken boneless.
  2. You need 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  3. Prepare 1 tsp of Salt or to taste.

  5. It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Garam Masala.
  9. It's 2 of Capsicum thinly sliced.
  10. It's 2 of Onions thinly sliced.
  11. Prepare 2 of Green Chillies finely chopped.
  12. You need 4 tbsp of Oil.
  13. Prepare 1 of small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped.
  14. It's 1 tsp of Dry Mango powder or Amchur.

  1. Heat Oil and saute sliced Onions with Ginger garlic paste and some Salt on a low heat. After 5 minutes of sauteeing, add Chicken and the rest of the powdered spices. Mix well and cover with a lid..
