  1. You need of Pork Marinade/Ingredients.
  2. It's 2 kg of Boneless Pork Shoulder.
  3. It's 3 Tbsp of Smoked Paprika.
  4. You need 3 of Whole Star Ainse.
  5. You need 1 Tsp of Garlic Powder.
  6. It's 1 Tbsp of Ground Cajun Pepper.
  7. You need 1 Tsp of Ground Cinnamon.
  8. Prepare 2 Tbsp of 5 Spice.
  9. It's 2-3 Sprigs of Fresh (Rosemary+Marjoram+Parsley).
  10. You need 1 Tbsp of Light Soy Sauce.
  11. Prepare 1 Tbsp of Golden Syrup.
  12. Prepare 1 Tbsp of Butter.
  13. Prepare of Seasoning (Salt+Pepper).
  14. Prepare of Rice Ingredients.
  15. You need 2-3 Cups of Tilda Basmati Gluten free Rice.
  16. Prepare 1 of Jumbo Chilli 🌶.
  17. Prepare 1 of large Red Onion(Sliced).
  18. You need 1-2 of Lemon (Zest+Juice).
  19. It's 1 Tsp of Light Soy Sauce.
  20. It's of Seasoning (Salt&Pepper).

Pulled Pork with Lemon+Chilli Pepper+Red Onions Rice. Garnish-Salty Grated Carrots+Scallions step by step

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients with little oil and leave to rest room temp for 10-15mins(as shown below). Meanwhile Preheat oven at 220’C for 10-15mins. Once core temperature is reached, cover loosely and place in the middle rack and cook @200’C for 3hrs. Reducing the temp to 180’C for the last 15mins..
  2. Put all the rice ingredients in a sauce pan as shown below. Mix thoroughly then add light soy sauce. Add boiled water to the rice mixture(one finger gap between the rice and water levels) season. And simmer for 10-15mins on medium heat.
  3. Serving Suggestion: Drizzle BBQ sauce over the dish. (Optional).
