Obviously this isn’t as plausible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a great way to get some exercise in. Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. Most people will decide to be lazy and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even just a sole flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.

Choose water over other refreshments. Soda and coffee, when consumed in small amounts, aren't that bad. It will be, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories from your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or limited diets. You can do little things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent about the decisions you make each day is a start. Getting as much physical exercise as possible is another factor. Don't ignore that health isn't only about how much you weigh. You need to help to make your body as strong as possible.

Ingredients of Pulled pork - Shoulder joint

  2. Prepare 2 of Bay leaves.
  3. You need of Soy sauce.
  4. Prepare of Cumin.
  5. You need of Smoked paprika.
  6. It's of Mustard seeds.
  7. It's of Sault.

  1. Get a big pan add all ingredients listed and add water so it half covers the meat then put the pork joint in cook for 1 hour then take off the heat, if your knife goes through smoothly it done..
  2. Put the meat with the brining stock in a big Tupperware box and put it in the fridge all night up to 2 days the longer you leave it the better it will taste but if you're hungry you can cook in the oven straight away..
  3. Take it out and put in the oven for 10 minutes on each side or put on the barbecue take 2 forks and shred.
  4. You can use the stock as a gravy.
