This isn't as effortless to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, making use of the stairs is a great way to get some extra exercise. Even if you do live or work on one of the upper floors, you can still get off of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will decide to be idle and take an elevator instead of choosing exercise on the stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.

Select water over other drinks. Soda and coffee, when consumed in small amounts, aren't that bad. Getting most of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. When you pick out water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthful and hydrated. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat gross diet foods. Effective weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water ingestion.

There are plenty of things you can do to become healthy. Not all of them demand fancy gym memberships or restrained diets. You can do tiny things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make sensible choices every day is a great start. Looking to get in as much physical activity as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indicator of your lifestyle choices. You need your body to be strong too.

Ingredients of Easy! American Cookies

  1. It's 200 grams of Cake flour.
  2. It's 100 grams of Butter.
  3. Prepare 100 grams of Sugar.
  4. You need 1 of Egg.
  5. It's 2 tbsp of Heavy cream.
  6. It's 1 dash of Vanilla extract.
  7. You need 1 of bar Chocolate bar.
  8. Prepare 60 grams of Nuts (whatever you like).

  1. Mix the butter until it has a cream-like consistency..
  2. Add sugar and mix well..
  3. Add a beaten egg little by little and mix it all in (It will separate if you add it all at once, so add a bit and mix and repeat)..
  4. Add the cream and mix everything together..
  5. Add the flour and mix gently without kneading..
  6. It's fine if it ends up a bit floury like in the photo. You can add vanilla extract here if you like..
  7. Roughly break up the nuts and chocolate..
  8. Then mix them into the dough..
  9. Even if it was a bit floury in Step 6, make sure you mix it to a good consistency here..
  10. Use a spoon to drop pieces of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper..
  11. Use the back of a fork to flatten them, and bake in a 170℃ (340℉) oven for 15-20 minutes..
  12. That's it!.
