Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Soda and coffee, when consumed in moderation, aren't that bad. Getting most of your hydration from them is a terrible idea. When you pick out water over other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthful and hydrated. Ingredients of Simple Delicious cookies🍪

  1. Prepare 4 cup of flour.
  2. Prepare 1 of egg.
  3. You need 1 cup of sugar.
  4. Prepare 1 tea spoon of vanilla flavor.
  5. Prepare 1 of simas butter (250 gram).
  6. You need of Food color (optional).

  1. Cream butter, sugar & egg until fluffy. Then add in the flour & flavor & knead then divide the dough into 3 portions & add food color to 2 portions & leave one like that. Then scoop & mould into round shape then use a fork to press the top as shown below..
  2. As for the other shape after scooping use your finger to pinch the end of the cookie then press with a fork continue the process until the dough is finished place paper on a baking tray arrange the cookies then bake & serve..happy eating!😋😋.
  3. You can make any shape you like or use cookie cutter to cut the cookie. You can also use the fork to pinch the cookie or you place choclate chips on top or m&m enjoy😋😋.
