Drinking water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is ordinarily one of the keys to really losing weight and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are many things you can go after to become healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being smart when you choose your food and actions is where it begins. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also important. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about reducing your weight. You need to help make your body as strong you can make it.

Ingredients of Brown bread Loaf

  1. You need 3 cups of wheat flour.
  2. You need 1 ts of Yeast p dry.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
  4. You need 2 tsp of sugar.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of oil.
  6. It's for taste of Salt.
  7. It's as required of Water.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of milk (for brushing).
  9. You need 1 tsp of butter (for brushing).
  10. Prepare as required of Seasme seeds (til) it's optional.

Brown bread Loaf instructions

  1. Take milk in a bowl add sugar, yeast mix it well and keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes for yeast activates..
  2. Now add wheat flour,2 tbsp oil and salt mix all well and make dough. Knead dough until it becomes soft. Use water if required..
  3. Rest the dough for 1 or 2 hours. After 1hour the dough doubles. Now again knead it for 5 minutes and make it soft..
  4. Give cylinderical shape to it and put into greased loaf or bread pan. Apply seasme seeds (til) on it press little bit..
  5. Cover and rest it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes grease it with milk. Now bake it for 45 minutes on low flame..
  6. Take it out if it's done.rub butter on it. Cool completely..
  7. Unmould it and cut it with big knife. Serves with bhurji or misal.

Preptime: 13 Minutes

Cooktime: 31 Minutes

Serve: 4 Persons
