Climb stairs. Rather than using an elevator, take the stairs to the floor you live or work on. While this will be tough to do if you live on or if your job is on a seriously high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is completely do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can decide to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.

Pick water over other drinks. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a horrible idea. Getting most of your hydration from them is a awful idea. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without needing to buy and eat gross diet foods. Water is often the main element to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.

There are a whole lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Not all of them demand fancy gym memberships or limited diets. You can do small things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent about the selections you make each day is a start. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Don't forget that health isn't only about how much you weigh. You really want your body to be strong too.

Ingredients of Little Brown Cookies

  1. It's 250 gms of Flour.
  2. You need 100 ml of milk.
  3. It's 2 tsp of vinegar.
  4. You need 3 tsp of sugar.
  5. You need 200 grams of coco powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of butter.

Little Brown Cookies instructions

  1. Mix the flour with Coco powder..
  2. Side-by-side add vinegar to our milk so that it will get condensed and if you already have condensed milk so you can use it directly..
  3. Mix as all the above instructions and also add sugar as well as butter into it then mix it well until it became thick..
  4. Take the oven plate and butter it then put the mixture in the shape of circle in our plate and if you want your cookies to be more buttery then you can also apply some butter over the cookies after putting it in perfect shape in the plate..
  5. Put your cookies in oven for 4-5 mins..
