Ingredients of Brown rice kheer

  1. It's 50 gm of Brown rice.
  2. It's 2 tsp of ghee.
  3. You need 100 gm of sugar.
  4. It's 1 litre of milk.
  5. It's 10 gm of Almond.
  6. It's 10 gm of cashews.

Brown rice kheer instructions

  1. Wash rice with fresh water and wait for sometime.
  2. Take 2tsp ghee in medium hot pan and roast rice with ghee.
  3. Add one glass water and boil rice until cooked well.
  4. Then add milk and sugar then boil all till they got little thick.
  5. Add dryfruits and garnished in a bowl or plate.
