Ingredients of Rosemary brown bread

  1. Mix all dry ingredients except rosemary,add oil then mix to a crumby mixture,add in milk and knead..
  2. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead till elastic and soft..
  3. Set aside in a warm place and allow the dough rise.
  4. Deflate it and put into a bread tin,insert the rosemary twigs then allow it rise again.
  5. Bake for 30 mins or till when it's golden brown.
