Most people will decide to be lazy and take an elevator instead of opting for exercise on the stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.

Pick water over other products. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. Getting all of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories from your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Effective weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water intake.

There are lots of things you can go after to become healthy. An overpriced gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done each day, can do plenty to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Make smart choices every day is a great start. Getting as much physical exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Don't ignore that health isn't only about how much you weigh. It has more to do with making your body as strong as it can be.

  1. Spray pam in 13x9 pan (save 1 cup marshamellow) In a large pan melt chocolate chips, butter, corn syrup and remaining marshamellows over low heat stir until Melted. Remove from heat...add Vanilla extract..
  2. Pour cereal into sauce stir until coated with chocolate... Stir the rest of saved marshamellow into mixing bowl. Press into pan and cool at room temperature until firm about 1 hour..
