There are plenty of things you can do to become healthy. An overpriced gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done each day, can do a lot to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being clever when you choose your food and actions is where it begins. Getting as much physical exercise as possible is another factor. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about reducing your weight. You need your body to be strong too.

  2. It's 1 Tsp of Sugar(as You Like).
  3. It's 1 of seed Carandanom.
  4. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Liptan Patti.
  5. Prepare 1 Tsp of Milk Powder.
  6. It's 5 Tsp of Water.

  1. First of all, Take a cooking Pan, add milk Powder, Cardanom, Sugar On Low Falme. And Melt The sugar in it like a Sugar Syrup..
  2. After 3 minutes, add Lipton Patti, Water and boil it, on Medium falme for 5 minutes..
  3. After boiling, Add milk Init, and boil for 5 minutes..
  4. Golden Chai is ready & enjoy With Snacks☕😍.
