  1. Add milk in the pot switch on the flame and let it start boiling. Now grind all the ingredients in a mortar except matka meeshri and put in the milk now low the flame cover the milk with net lid for 30 minute no need to add custard as poppy seed give thickness. Switch off the gas add meeshri in it.serve it hot. Or let it cool in a grinder add this milk with some ice cubes and a scoop of vanilla ice cream give a mix.our shake is ready serve it cool with ice cream topping and some kesar sticks..
