Pick water over other products. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a bad idea. It is, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. When you pick out water over other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthful and hydrated. There are a lot of things that factor into getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. Ingredients of Golden Milk/Turmeric Latte

  1. Prepare 300 ml of Fresh Milk.
  2. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of Raw Turmeric pieces.
  4. You need of Sugar optional.

Golden Milk/Turmeric Latte instructions

  1. Boil Milk on a low heat. Do not add much Sugar. It can be added in almost negligible amounts for the Children. Stir in Turmeric powder and simmer for a minute or two..
  2. For the raw turmeric milk, boil it with the Turmeric pieces. The colour of it will not be so bright as that of the Turmeric powder milk. Sugar is again optional here. Serve it hot after filtering..
