Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a great way to get some exercise in. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can decide to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. Most people will decide to be idle and take an elevator instead of choosing exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Pick water over other drinks. Soda and coffee, when used in small amounts, aren't that bad. Using them for your only source of hydration, however, is dumb. Ingesting water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat disgusting diet foods. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

There are a good deal of things that work toward your getting healthy. An costly gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being clever when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also critical. Don't overlook that health isn't only about just how much you weigh. It is more about making your body as powerful as it can be.

Ingredients of Mini Chicken and Waffles

  1. You need 2 of chicken breasts.
  2. Prepare 8 of mini Eggo waffle sheets (32 mini waffles).
  3. You need 2 of eggs.
  4. It's 1/4 cup of milk.
  5. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of flour.
  6. It's 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of salt.
  8. You need 1 tsp of black pepper.
  9. Prepare 1 of Canola or peanut oil.
  10. Prepare 1 of Syrup.

Mini Chicken and Waffles instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces..
  2. In large Ziploc bag, combine eggs and milk..
  3. Place chicken in egg mixture and seal bag. Place in refrigerator for an hour..
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a separate large Ziploc bag..
  5. Take chicken out of egg mixture and place directly into bag with the flour mixture..
  6. Shake to thoroughly cover all chicken..
  7. Heat about an inch of oil in pan over medium to medium-high heat. Place chicken in pan and fry (about 5 minutes) turning often..
  8. Place waffles in oven at 400° for 5 minutes..
  9. Place a chicken nugget over each mini waffle and drizzle syrup!.
