You want to go to your apartment and make a little something from your kitchen. Make sure that what you have at home is healthful. This way—even if you choose something slightly greasy or not as good for you as it could be, you’re still choosing foods that are better for you than you would get at the local diner or fast food drive through window.

Climb stairs. Walk up the stairs to where you live or work instead of using the elevator. Obviously this isn’t as plausible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a great way to get some exercise in. Even if you do live or work on one of the higher floors, you can still get out of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will choose to be lazy and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even just a individual flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Water is the most effective drinks out there. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every now and then isn’t a horrible idea. Getting all of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. Drinking water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you lower your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat gross diet foods. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. A good amount of physical activity each day is also important. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about losing weight. It is more about making your body as strong as it can be.

Oatmeal Waffles

Ingredients of Oatmeal Waffles

  1. You need 3 cups of rolled oats.
  2. You need 3 cups of water.
  3. You need 1 of banana.
  4. It's 3 tbsp of Coconut oil.
  5. You need 3/4 tsp of salt.

Oatmeal Waffles step by step

  1. Turn waffle iron on.
  2. Put all inrediants in the blender and close lid tightly..
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Let stand for 2 minutes.
  5. Spray waffle iron with non stick oil.
  6. Pour mixure into pan. It does not rise like other waffle mix so you can fill the bottom of the waffle iron if you want..
  7. Cook for about 10 minute, or until the waffle is the desired crispyness. It may cook longer than other waffles..
  8. Serve with your favourite topings, we like ours with butter, maple syrup and fruit sauce..
