Ingredients of Savoury Waffles Pudla Waffles

  1. Prepare 3 cup of besen/gram flour.
  2. Prepare 2 cup of semolina/rava.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of finely chopped capcicum.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of grated carrots.
  5. You need 1/2 cup of onions.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Green chilli finely chopped (optional).
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Ginger finely chopped.
  8. Prepare 1-2 of Tomato.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Baking soda.
  11. You need 1 cup of Curd.
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil.
  13. It's 2 tsp of coriander leaves.

Savoury Waffles Pudla Waffles step by step

  1. In a bowl add besen/gram flour and add rava/semolina.
  2. Add vegetables of your choice (I have add Capcicum,carrots and fried onions) and add curd/yogurt. Thn add ginger and green chilli chopped..
  3. Add dry spices (Haldi, red chilli powder). Add salt to taste. And mix all together..
  4. Add water as required. Batter should be flowing consistency. Add oil and baking soda..
  5. We get this type of plates in our sandwich maker, you can use any shape you like. It will just give you different shape of waffle.... I have used small square that gives a shape of waffle that we get in market..
  6. Pour one spoon full on the plate and close the sandwich maker. Let it cook for 10 min..
  7. Let it cool a bit and slowly remove the your pudla waffle/ Savoury Waffles.
  8. Serve with some finely chopped tomatoes and grated cheese.
  9. And if you have waffle maker then also you can use same recipe.....
