Select water over other refreshments. Soda and coffee, when ingested in moderation, aren't that bad. It is, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. When you choose water over other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthy and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often the main element to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.

There are a whole lot of things that factor into getting healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being clever when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Don't ignore that health isn't only about how much you weigh. It is more about making your body as powerful as it can be.

Wheat Waffles (Eggless)

Ingredients of Wheat Waffles (Eggless)

  1. You need 1 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour.
  2. You need 1 Tbsp of Butter.
  3. It's 1 Cup of Milk.
  4. It's 1 Tsp of Eno fruit salt.
  5. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Vanilla essence.
  6. It's 1 Tsp of honey.
  7. You need 3 Tsp of Powdered Sugar.
  8. It's 2 Tbsp of milk powder.
  9. It's 1 of Waffle Maker.

Wheat Waffles (Eggless) instructions

  1. Sift all the dry ingredients together-wheat, eno, milk powder and sugar in a big mixing bowl..
  2. Add butter, milk, honey and essence to it..
  3. Beat nicely to form smooth batter with ribbon like consistency..
  4. Preheat waffle maker after greasing it with butter..
  5. Pour a scoop of ladle on it..
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes or until light golden colour..
  7. Top it up with whipped cream, honey, chocolate, fresh fruits or any toppings of your choice!.

Preptime: 29 Minutes

Cooktime: 46 Minutes

Serve: 3 Persons
