If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors earlier and walk the rest of the way? Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Drink water, not other drinks. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. It will be, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. Choosing water instead of other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really slimming down and getting healthy.

There are all sorts of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. An overpriced gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. The numbers on the scale aren't the only signal of your healthfulness. It’s about making your body as powerful as it can be.

Ingredients of Mango choco waffles

  1. You need 4 cups of maida (AP flour).
  2. Prepare 3 tbspn of granulated sugar.
  3. It's 2 tsp of salt.
  4. Prepare 2 tbspn of baking powder.
  5. Prepare 4 of egss.
  6. You need 2 tsp of vanilla ext.
  7. Prepare 1/4 tsp of almond ext.
  8. Prepare 2/3 cup of butter.
  9. Prepare 3 cup of milk or butter milk.
  10. You need 2 tbspn of nutella.
  11. Prepare 1 of fresh chopped mango.
  12. Prepare of Chocolate syrup.
  13. Prepare of Caramel syrup.
  14. It's of Blueberry.

Mango choco waffles step by step

  1. Add all the wet ingredients (4 eggs,2 tsp vanilla ext, 1/4 tsp almond ext,2/3 cup butter,3 cups milk or buttermilk) mix well!.
  2. Now add all the dry ingredients (4 cup AP flour, 3 1/2 tbspn sugar,2 tsp salt,2 tbspn baking powder)mix well!.
  3. Now add the wet ingredient bowl to the dry ingredients mix well the batter is ready!.
  4. Preheat the waffle iron, grease with lightly butter add the stuffing close and cook as per your cooking iron instructions now add waffle to the plate garnish with some blueberries/fruits of your choice or some fresh mangoes,add some nutella, choc syrup,caramel syrup, some crushed almonds and serve! Icecream can also be added (optional) ready!.
