There are a whole lot of things that factor into getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. Little things, when done every single day, can do plenty to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent about the decisions you make each day is a start. A good amount of physical activity each day is also important. Don't ignore that health isn't only about just how much you weigh. It is more about making your body as sturdy as it can be.

Rum Waffle

Ingredients of Rum Waffle

  1. It's 3 cups of flour.
  2. Prepare 2 cups of sugar.
  3. You need 3 teaspoon of rum extract.
  4. Prepare 3 of eggs.
  5. You need 1 of tespoon baking soda.
  6. Prepare 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
  7. Prepare 2 tablespoon of butter.
  8. You need 1 teaspoon of cream of tatar.
  9. Prepare 2 cups of water.
  10. You need 1 teaspoon of water.
  11. It's 1/3 cup of oil.

Rum Waffle instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl add the 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar and mix it using a spoon for 5minutes..
  2. In a small bowl add the 3 eggs,2 tablespoon butter, 1/3 cup oil and the1 teaspoon water and mix it using a mixer in medium for 5minutes..
  3. Add sugar mixture and the egg mixture in a large bowl and mix it again using a mixer mix it for 5 minutes..
  4. After it mix add 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon cream of tartar,1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,1 teaspoon baking soda, and the 2 tablespoon butter and mix it again with a mixer for 10 minute or at least until it is combined..
  5. After it is mix at 3 teaspoon rum slowly to the mixture and then mix it up for 5 minutes.
  6. Then using a ice cream scoop take 2 scoop of the batter and then you put them into the machine and cook it until golden brown or usually I cook it for 10 minutes..

Preptime: 16 Minutes

Cooktime: 30 Minutes

Serve: 4 Persons
