Choose water over other drinks. Having a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your only source of hydration, conversely, is dumb. Drinking water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without needing to buy and eat gross diet foods. Water is typically one of the keys to really losing weight and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are a whole lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution.
