  1. Sliced the chicken breast into shawarma strips,into a bowl add youghurt,mustard,salt n pepper n thyme mix well n add your shawarma strips.
  2. In a pan fry the butter n add your shawarma strips as you stir continuous on high fire,then add onions n stir turn your heat in medium at this point..
  3. At this point take charcoal n place it on the fire once its ready you can opt to place in on the side ot middle.Add green pepper(hoho), stir,cover with rid for about 5 mins.
  4. Your home made shawarma is smoked n ready to serve...I normally use as a side dish.
