Grilled Spicy Garlic Chicken Breast

Ingredients of Grilled Spicy Garlic Chicken Breast

  1. It's of spicy garlic sauce.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of pounded or fine dice mix garlic and ginger.
  3. It's 10 of small deseeded red chili pepper.
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup of light soy sauce.
  5. It's of chicken optional.
  6. You need 24 slice of chicken breast strip.

Grilled Spicy Garlic Chicken Breast step by step

  1. Spicy garlic sauce.
  2. Pounded or fine dice garlic and deseeded small red chili pepper and mix with light soy sauce.
  3. Marinate chicken with spicy garlic sauce for 5 minute only.
  4. Pan grill chicken breast strip till no longer pink about 3 to 5 minute or longer depending on the thickness and size of the chicken and make dure the garlic are not burn.
  5. Serve on grilled spicy garlic chicken on fresh slice of cucumber.
  6. Leftover cooked grilled chicken in spicy garlic sauce just add onto a pot of cooked rice in rice cooker with additional 1 tbsp of light soy sauce and bake for another 5 to 8 minutes.
  7. Grilled chicken in spicy garlic sauce baked rice.
