Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.

Water is the most effective beverage out there. Soda and coffee, when ingested in small amounts, aren't that bad. It will be, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. When you choose water more than other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthful and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is ordinarily one of the keys to really losing weight and getting healthy.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get wholesome. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent about the choices you make each day is a start. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about losing weight. It is more about making your body as sturdy as it can be.

Ingredients of Honey pecan chicken breast w/rice pilaf (RSC recipe)

  1. You need 3 of boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in halves.
  2. Prepare 1/4 tsp of salt.
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp of garlic powder.
  4. You need 1/8 tsp of pepper.
  5. You need of Cayenne pepper.
  6. You need 2 Tbsp of butter.
  7. You need 2 tsp of olive oil.
  8. It's 3-4 Tbsp of honey.
  9. You need 4 Tbsp of pecans, chopped.

  1. Cut the breasts in halves. Sprinkle each side with S&P and cayenne pepper (how much heat you like is how much cayenne pepper you sprinkle on). In a large saute pan, heat the butter and oil over medium heat. Brown chicken on each side for 3-5 minutes. Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with the pecans. Turn heat down and cover the chicken for 2 minutes so it gets glazed..
  2. While the chicken is cooking, make the rice pilaf according to package directions. Serve with rice..
