  1. Wash and cut the chicken breast then add in a bowl add seasoning, salt, spices, garlic sauce, oil and ketchup and mixed, marinate for like 1hour.
  2. Spread foil paper on baking tray, pour in marinated chicken breast add chopped onions and pepper, pre heat the oven and bake till soft.
