Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients of Grilled Chicken Breast

  1. Prepare 1 Kg of Chicken Breast without Bone.
  2. It's of Oyster Sauce as you NEED.
  3. Prepare 1 Teaspoon of Sugar.
  4. Prepare Half of Teaspoon of Salt.

Grilled Chicken Breast instructions

  1. Remove Chicken's skins.
  2. Put it into a bowl.
  3. Add all the seasoning (salt, oyster sauce, and sugar) into the bowl.
  4. Mix the chicken and the seasoning.
  5. Then leave it for 20 minutes or a night (to make the seasoning absorb in the chicken).
  6. After letting it absorb, put it into the frying pan or what ever to let it grilled.
  7. After being grilled (both side) remove the chicken from the frying pan to a plate.
