Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Water is the very best beverage out there. Having a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your lone source of hydration, on the other hand, is dumb.   1. drain the chicken breast put in a bowl just like you would do for a tuna fish sandwich...then add the salt,black pepper,chives,paprika..chopped the small onion very fine it gives that little crunch.
  2. for a little kick you can add some hotsauce!!!.. toast bread then serve with your toppings of choice.
