  1. Put chicken in a pot,add half of the curry powder and black pepper.Boul it till ready..
  2. When well cooked,remove the chicken from the pot and place in a bowl.Drain the stock and place it in a tin..
  3. In the same pot,add the oil.Toss in the onions and fry till golden.Add the ginger and fry.Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 min..
  4. Uncover and stur.Add the tomato paste and some water.Gather all the spices and toss them in.Leave to boil for 2 min.Add the chicken and cover.Let it boil till all the spices are well cooked..
  5. Remove from heat and serve it with cabbage and ugali.Enjoy!.
