While this will be hard to do if you live on or if your job is on a seriously high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is totally do-able. If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a couple of floors early and walk the rest of the way? So many people pick the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

Water is the best drinks out there. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every now and then isn’t a horrible idea. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. Ingesting water instead of other forms of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is typically one of the keys to really slimming down and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are lots of things you can pursue to become healthy. An expensive gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being smart when you choose your food and actions is where it begins. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about slimming down. You want your body to be powerful too.

  2. Boil potatoes with green peas,add a bit of cooking oil and salt, When it's well cooked add coffee creamer and mash it..
  3. Boil pumpkin with one spoon of margarine and then add sugar when it's well cooked,then mash it up..
