Choosing water instead of other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories away from your diet— without having to resort to terrible tasting diet food. Productive weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water consumption.

There are a lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. An overpriced gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being clever when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Getting as much exercise as possible is another factor. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about losing weight. You want your body to be strong too.

  2. It's 1/2 cup of moong dal.
  3. You need 1 cup of rice.
  4. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  5. It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of carom seeds.
  7. It's 2 tbsp of ghee.
  8. Prepare 4 cups of water.
  9. You need of For kadi.
  10. You need 1 cup of curd.
  11. You need 2 cup of water.
  12. It's 2 tbsp of besan.
  13. You need 1 tsp of ginger chilli paste.
  14. Prepare as needed of Whole garam masala(black pepper,elaichi,taj,laung).
  15. Prepare 1/4 tsp of kasoori methi.
  16. Prepare leaves of Few curry.
  17. You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
  18. It's 1 tsp of mustard seed.
  19. You need 1 tbsp of jeera.
  20. It's 1 tbsp of sugar.
  21. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  22. Prepare of For cabbage and capsicum vegetable.
  23. Prepare as required of Chopped cabbage.
  24. It's 1 of Chopped capsicum.
  25. It's 1 of green chilli.
  26. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  27. You need 1 tsp of mustard seed.
  28. You need 1 tbsp of jeera.
  29. It's 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  30. Prepare 1 tsp of dhanya jeera powder.
  31. It's to taste of Salt.

Simple And Light Gujarati dinner instructions

  1. For khichdi.
  2. Wash the rice and dal properly and soak it with 4 cups of water for 3-4 hours.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and pressure cook it for 4whistles. Let the pressure cool down and then open the cooker. Your khichdi is ready..
  4. For kadi.
  5. First lukewarm the curd, now add besan and water to it..
  6. Add salt and sugar and give a boil to it..
  7. Now for tadka. Take oil add whole garam masala to it and all other tadka ingredients to it and pour the tadka in kadi.
  8. Your kadi is ready..
  9. For vegetable.
  10. Dice all the vegetable.
  11. In a kadai, do tadka and add the vegetable, let it cook with salt and turmeric powder. Later add all the remaining masala.
  12. Serve khichdi with ghee,. Kadi, vegetable,. Khichya, pickle and onion.

Cooktime: 57 Minutes

Serve: 3 Persons
