There are a whole lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done each day, can do plenty to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Make sensible choices every day is a great start. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indication of your lifestyle choices. You really want your body to be strong too.

  1. Thoroughly clean fish then in a bowl mix flour,paprika,six gun grill spice and aromat.
  2. In another bowl beat eggs then heat on in a large pan,dip fish into eggs then into flour and fry until the fish is golden brown and crispy.
  3. For mushroom gravy in a pot on a medium heat heat margarine then add onion and peppers then add mushrooms,aromat black pepper and thicken with cream of mushroom powdered soup.
  4. Served with boiled rice.
